General Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will apply to the use of the Website http://www.anoukdelesparda.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”) property of SPACE MADE HUMAN, S.L. (“AdeL”), with a registered address at Calle Villanueva 28, 28001, Madrid, pending registration in the Company Register of Madrid, in page M-589102 and with Tax Identification Number (C. I. F.) B-87112181.
By using the Website, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. We, therefore, suggest you take the time to read them.
AdeL reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we suggest you read them each time you use the Website, given that those in force at the moment the use is made apply.
1. Intellectual and industrial property
1.1. You acknowledge that all components of the Website, the information and material contained therein, brands, designs, logos, icons, buttons, domains, texts, photographs, videos, and the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its content, in addition to the computer programs used, are all protected by intellectual or industrial property rights. You also acknowledge the image rights of the respective owners or licensees, and agree to respect all of the above-mentioned rights.
1.2. Unless authorized by AdeL, or as the case may be, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless it is legally permitted, you may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, loan, make available or provide public access through any means of public communication, any of the components referred to in the previous paragraph. The materials, components, and information that you have access to when using our Website may only be used by you for your own needs, and the materials, components, and information obtained through them should not be used neither directly nor indirectly for commercial use.
2. Liability and disclaimer of warranties
2.1. AdeL will only take responsibility for the damages you suffer from using our Website when said damages are the result of willful misconduct by AdeL. You acknowledge and accept that the use of the Website is solely at your own risk and responsibility, as is your access to the services and products offered therein.
2.2. AdeL will act diligently, in accordance with generally accepted practices in the sector, to protect the Website from any viruses or other harmful elements that could cause alterations to your device. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of such elements, and will not be held responsible for any damage they may cause.
2.3. AdeL does not generally control how users use the Website, and in particular, is not responsible for any content inserted by users or that users may insert in the Website. AdeL cannot guarantee that users use the Website in accordance with the law, with these Terms and Conditions, following generally accepted morals and good practice, nor that they do so diligently or prudently.
2.4. The following is a non-exhaustive list of cases in which AdeL will not be held responsible for any damages caused:
(i) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, and/or shutdowns in this electronic system or in the users’ computer devices and systems for reasons outside of AdeL’s control which may impede or delay the services or the browsing of the Website.
(ii) Delays or blockages caused by a failure or overload in the Internet service or in other electronic systems.
(iii) Damages caused by third parties through unlawful interference that is outside the control of the Website and which cannot be attributed to AdeL.
(iv) The inability to provide the service or enable access for reasons which cannot be attributed to AdeL, but rather to you, to third parties, or for reasons of alleged force majeure.
2.5. If the users are provided with linking mechanisms (such as links, banners, buttons, etc.), directories or search tools that allow them to access Websites belonging to or managed by third parties, AdeL does not guarantee nor will be held responsible for any damages resulting from the access or use of the linked sites, such as the quality, lawfulness, and use of the information, contents, and services available on said Websites.

4. Applicable law and jurisdiction
4.1. Unless otherwise stated by law, these terms and conditions of sale will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any dispute that may arise will be brought before the courts of the city of Madrid.
4.2. We have also provided you with a link to an information page created by the European Commission about the platform for out-of-court settlement procedures for goods or services bought online. 5.1 When using the Website or placing an order, AdeL can collect your personal data.
5.4 The data controller of your personal data will be SPACE MADE HUMAN S.L., with a registered address at Calle Villanueva, 28, 28001, Madrid, Spain.
5.4 Based on the services used by the user, the purposes of the data processing will be the following:
(i) to respond to your requests when you contact us;
(ii) to provide you with information about AdeL’s services and products, if so requested, which includes sending you commercial information by email. You can change your preferences for receiving commercial information by requesting so through the link provided at the end of the emails;
(ii) if you provide us with personal information regarding third parties, it is your responsibility to inform them and obtain their consent so that AdeL may use their information to respond to queries that you or the third party contact us with;
5.7. AdeL may require other companies to provide services on its behalf, including tax and accounting advice, marketing, or Website maintenance. For the provision of the above services on behalf of AdeL, third-parties may need access to certain users’ personal data. 5.11. If any of the users consider that AdeL does not comply with personal data protection regulations, he or she will be entitled to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
5.12. You hereby guarantee that the personal information you provide is correct and accurate, and you agree to inform of any change to said information. You will be held solely responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Website, the person in charge of the Website, or to a third party, as a result of providing incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
