Design for Creativity

After searching for the perfect location for a new design studio, we came across a warehouse in the heart of Madrid, in a protected heritage building near El Retiro Park. Partnering with Dariel Studio and with local architects (I&D Arquitectos), we created a space to work and play for a team of highly creative people.

Transforming this 1930s-building structure into a XXI century design studio was our greater challenge: highlighting the original structure while incorporating the most up-to-date technology and innovation.

The entire space was designed with four main construction materials: stainless steel, cement, wood, and glass within a dynamic diagonal application creating movement and perfect balance. The carefully selected furniture and decoration pieces bring up splashes of color for the final fun touch.

After the design implementation, the warehouse increased its market value by two, when it was sold 3 years after the renovation. What a great investment!
